Today someone suggested that I start a blog, so here I go. This blog will be a discussion about the program that my colleague and I developed. I will try to express what it is that we want to accomplish with this program
I have been biofeedback coaching for 12 years and it has been a wonderful journey. In my coaching with biofeedback, I felt that there seemed to be something missing. Although, I was able to help many people with these wonderful tools, often dramatically, I felt that I needed to give them some sort of tool that they could learn and use in their daily lives. I wanted a program that would help me guide people through the growth and change process and at the same time my clients would learn and use this guide in the future. The biofeedback would help speed up this process by helping people to become more open and flexible to the learning growth process.
Five years ago, I met an executive coach, Mr. Tom Mahler. We have worked on this program which we have called HeartSmart not regularly since that time.
With this blog I want to write about the principles behind this wonderful program and about biofeedback itself.
