Simplicity. I wanted to keep the program as simple as possible. I wanted to avoid jargon and theory. My objective is not to impress people with the program but to help people. So many things in our lives today are so complicated. This complication can hinder us or even sabotages us. We can get overwhelmed and caught up with trying to understand a program.
